UBAC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBAC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 307 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBAC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3117, RNU6-841P, and MIR1183. Each is linked with UBAC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBAC1-to-partner and partner-to-UBAC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3117 grouped by UBAC1-low versus UBAC1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBAC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBAC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
