UBA7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBA7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,405 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBA7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM22, NMI, and PARP14. Each is linked with UBA7 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBA7-to-partner and partner-to-UBA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBA7 versus TRIM22 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
