UBA7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBA7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,707 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are GIMAP2, OAS2, and CD80. Each is linked with UBA7 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBA7-to-partner and partner-to-UBA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBA7 versus GIMAP2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
