UBA7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBA7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,223 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHAF1B, HSPA9, and MIR4267. Each is linked with UBA7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBA7-to-partner and partner-to-UBA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHAF1B grouped by UBA7-low versus UBA7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
