UBA5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBA5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,421 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBA5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EEFSEC, GSK3B, and MSI2. Each is linked with UBA5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBA5-to-partner and partner-to-UBA5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBA5 versus EEFSEC in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
