UBA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,718 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF146, ZNF507, and LSM14A. Each is linked with UBA2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBA2-to-partner and partner-to-UBA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBA2 versus ZNF146 in URINARY_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
