Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UAP1L1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UAP1L1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher UAP1L1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UAP1L1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUAD, DLBC, and UCS are the cancer types where UAP1L1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
