UAP1L1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UAP1L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,154 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UAP1L1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LGALS1_S30, PHF2, and MTMR12_S564. Each is linked with UAP1L1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UAP1L1-to-partner and partner-to-UAP1L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UAP1L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UAP1L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
