Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, U2SURP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated U2SURP data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher U2SURP Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated U2SURP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and BLCA show a favorable association.
UCEC, LUSC, and LUAD are the cancer types where U2SURP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
