Across TCGA patient cohorts, U2AF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,652 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible U2AF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DHX15, RAVER1, and SF3B3. Each is linked with U2AF2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both U2AF2-to-partner and partner-to-U2AF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, U2AF2 versus DHX15 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.
