U2AF2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, U2AF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,301 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible U2AF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HELLS, CSE1L, and MGME1. Each is linked with U2AF2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both U2AF2-to-partner and partner-to-U2AF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, U2AF2 versus HELLS in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (U2AF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→U2AF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
