U2AF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, U2AF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 709 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible U2AF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL5P20, VN1R10P, and LINC02796. Each is linked with U2AF2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both U2AF2-to-partner and partner-to-U2AF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL5P20 grouped by U2AF2-low versus U2AF2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (U2AF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→U2AF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
