U2AF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, U2AF2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible U2AF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, AMPK_pT172, and STAT5a. Each is linked with U2AF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both U2AF2-to-partner and partner-to-U2AF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by U2AF2-low versus U2AF2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (U2AF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→U2AF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
