Across TCGA patient cohorts, TYW5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TYW5-associated genes across cancer lineages are p70-S6K_pT389, P-Cadherin, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with TYW5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TYW5-to-partner and partner-to-TYW5 results are reported.
