Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TYSND1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,003 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TYSND1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX50, SUPV3L1, and WAPL. Each is linked with TYSND1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TYSND1-to-partner and partner-to-TYSND1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TYSND1 versus DDX50 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TYSND1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TYSND1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
