TYSND1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TYSND1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,785 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TYSND1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM16L, NMRAL2P, and GCLM. Each is linked with TYSND1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TYSND1-to-partner and partner-to-TYSND1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TYSND1 versus TRIM16L in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TYSND1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TYSND1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
