Across TCGA cell cohorts, TYSND1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,784 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TYSND1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Viral translational termination-reinitiation, Pre-mRNA catabolic process, and Base-excision repair, gap-filling. Each is linked with TYSND1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TYSND1-to-partner and partner-to-TYSND1 results are reported.
