Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TYMSOS RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 12,230 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TYMSOS-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTN, FAT3, and RB1. Each is linked with TYMSOS in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TYMSOS-to-partner and partner-to-TYMSOS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TTN grouped by TYMSOS-low versus TYMSOS-high in UCEC.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TYMSOS→partner) and Y-score (partner→TYMSOS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
