TYK2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TYK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,978 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TYK2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAVER1, CDC37, and DNMT1. Each is linked with TYK2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TYK2-to-partner and partner-to-TYK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TYK2 versus RAVER1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TYK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TYK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
