TYK2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TYK2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,250 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TYK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM78A, LGALS2, and CD6. Each is linked with TYK2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TYK2-to-partner and partner-to-TYK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TYK2 versus FAM78A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TYK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TYK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
