TYK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TYK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,277 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TYK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GCAT, SF3B6, and ECHS1. Each is linked with TYK2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TYK2-to-partner and partner-to-TYK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GCAT grouped by TYK2-low versus TYK2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TYK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TYK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
