Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TXNL4AP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,968 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TXNL4AP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UACA, ARHGEF11, and RUSC2_S506. Each is linked with TXNL4AP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXNL4AP1-to-partner and partner-to-TXNL4AP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TXNL4AP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TXNL4AP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
