Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TXNL4AP1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TXNL4AP1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher TXNL4AP1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TXNL4AP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KICH show a favorable association.
LUAD, LUSC, and COAD are the cancer types where TXNL4AP1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
