Across TCGA patient cohorts, TXNL4A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,159 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TXNL4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are IMPDH1P8, PATZ1, and CEP192. Each is linked with TXNL4A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXNL4A-to-partner and partner-to-TXNL4A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TXNL4A versus IMPDH1P8 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.
