Across TCGA patient cohorts, TXNL4A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TXNL4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6821, MBD3L5, and RN7SL91P. Each is linked with TXNL4A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXNL4A-to-partner and partner-to-TXNL4A results are reported.
