TXNL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TXNL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,072 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TXNL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMAD4, VPS4B, and ZNF24. Each is linked with TXNL1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXNL1-to-partner and partner-to-TXNL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TXNL1 versus SMAD4 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TXNL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TXNL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
