Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TXNL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,705 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TXNL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DYM, SMAD4, and MBD2. Each is linked with TXNL1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXNL1-to-partner and partner-to-TXNL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TXNL1 versus DYM in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TXNL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TXNL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
