TXNIP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TXNIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,771 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TXNIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARRDC4, SOS2, and CSF2RB. Each is linked with TXNIP in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXNIP-to-partner and partner-to-TXNIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TXNIP versus ARRDC4 in KIRP, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TXNIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TXNIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
