TXNIP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TXNIP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,190 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TXNIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARRDC4, TRIM22, and GIMAP8. Each is linked with TXNIP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXNIP-to-partner and partner-to-TXNIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TXNIP versus ARRDC4 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TXNIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TXNIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
