Across TCGA patient cohorts, TXNIP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,251 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TXNIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP422, RNA5SP412, and RNU6-643P. Each is linked with TXNIP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXNIP-to-partner and partner-to-TXNIP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP422 grouped by TXNIP-low versus TXNIP-high in UCEC.
