TXNDC17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TXNDC17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,201 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TXNDC17-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EIF4A1, CLUH, and S100A16. Each is linked with TXNDC17 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXNDC17-to-partner and partner-to-TXNDC17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TXNDC17 versus EIF4A1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TXNDC17→partner) and Y-score (partner→TXNDC17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
