TXNDC17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TXNDC17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TXNDC17-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7976, SPDYE20P, and OR9Q2. Each is linked with TXNDC17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXNDC17-to-partner and partner-to-TXNDC17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7976 grouped by TXNDC17-low versus TXNDC17-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TXNDC17→partner) and Y-score (partner→TXNDC17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
