TXLNG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TXLNG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,049 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TXLNG-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4283-2, HSPE1P24, and RNY4P27. Each is linked with TXLNG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXLNG-to-partner and partner-to-TXLNG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4283-2 grouped by TXLNG-low versus TXLNG-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TXLNG→partner) and Y-score (partner→TXLNG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
