Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TXLNB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,783 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TXLNB-associated genes across cancer lineages are SGCA, PDE1B, and FLNC. Each is linked with TXLNB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXLNB-to-partner and partner-to-TXLNB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TXLNB versus SGCA in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TXLNB→partner) and Y-score (partner→TXLNB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
