TXLNB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TXLNB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,282 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TXLNB-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACTR5, PPP5C, and TRBV6-5. Each is linked with TXLNB in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXLNB-to-partner and partner-to-TXLNB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACTR5 grouped by TXLNB-low versus TXLNB-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TXLNB→partner) and Y-score (partner→TXLNB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
