Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TXLNB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 378 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TXLNB-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1orf146, GML, and SMR3B. Each is linked with TXLNB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXLNB-to-partner and partner-to-TXLNB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C1orf146 grouped by TXLNB-low versus TXLNB-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TXLNB→partner) and Y-score (partner→TXLNB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
