Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TXLNA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 908 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TXLNA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP264, CDY3P, and MIR7-3. Each is linked with TXLNA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXLNA-to-partner and partner-to-TXLNA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP264 grouped by TXLNA-low versus TXLNA-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TXLNA→partner) and Y-score (partner→TXLNA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
