TWNK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TWNK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,972 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TWNK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX56, WDR43, and RRP12. Each is linked with TWNK in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TWNK-to-partner and partner-to-TWNK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TWNK versus DDX56 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TWNK→partner) and Y-score (partner→TWNK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
