TWNK

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TWNK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,838 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TWNK-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMED8, TTC8, and VEGFC. Each is linked with TWNK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TWNK-to-partner and partner-to-TWNK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TWNK versus TMED8 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.27.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TWNK→partner) and Y-score (partner→TWNK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
