TWNK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TWNK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,728 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TWNK-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND2P25, RNA5SP52, and HNRNPH1P2. Each is linked with TWNK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TWNK-to-partner and partner-to-TWNK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND2P25 grouped by TWNK-low versus TWNK-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TWNK→partner) and Y-score (partner→TWNK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
