TWIST1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TWIST1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,556 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TWIST1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FKBP7, TIMP2, and MXRA5. Each is linked with TWIST1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TWIST1-to-partner and partner-to-TWIST1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TWIST1 versus FKBP7 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TWIST1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TWIST1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
