TWIST1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TWIST1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 781 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TWIST1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SKP2P1, H4C7, and HAUS1P2. Each is linked with TWIST1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TWIST1-to-partner and partner-to-TWIST1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SKP2P1 grouped by TWIST1-low versus TWIST1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TWIST1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TWIST1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
