TWIST1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TWIST1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TWIST1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACC_pS79, Notch1, and Bak. Each is linked with TWIST1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TWIST1-to-partner and partner-to-TWIST1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACC_pS79 grouped by TWIST1-low versus TWIST1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TWIST1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TWIST1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
