Across TCGA cell cohorts, TWIST1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,736 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TWIST1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Outer ear morphogenesis, Cerebral cortex tangential migration, and Protein depolymerization. Each is linked with TWIST1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TWIST1-to-partner and partner-to-TWIST1 results are reported.
