Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TWIST1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TWIST1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LBHD2, CDX4, and VSIG4. Each is linked with TWIST1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TWIST1-to-partner and partner-to-TWIST1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LBHD2 grouped by TWIST1-low versus TWIST1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TWIST1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TWIST1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
