TWF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TWF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 164 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TWF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1238, MIR6072, and H3P46. Each is linked with TWF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TWF2-to-partner and partner-to-TWF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1238 grouped by TWF2-low versus TWF2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TWF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TWF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
