TVP23C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TVP23C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,695 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TVP23C-associated genes across cancer lineages are DOC2B, CYFIP1, and RNA5SP414. Each is linked with TVP23C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TVP23C-to-partner and partner-to-TVP23C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DOC2B grouped by TVP23C-low versus TVP23C-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TVP23C→partner) and Y-score (partner→TVP23C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
