Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TVP23B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TVP23B data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher TVP23B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TVP23B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CHOL are the cancer types where TVP23B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
