Across TCGA patient cohorts, TVP23B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TVP23B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP181, PEDS1-UBE2V1, and MIR615. Each is linked with TVP23B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TVP23B-to-partner and partner-to-TVP23B results are reported.
