TUT7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUT7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,882 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUT7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RABL6, NIBAN2, and PSMD5. Each is linked with TUT7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUT7-to-partner and partner-to-TUT7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TUT7 versus RABL6 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUT7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUT7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
